Our staff respects that emergencies and illnesses do occur, and request a timely notification of the need for appointment cancellation. To clarify, if a cancellation is necessary, please notify the spa via phone call (859) 371-7258 at least 24 hours prior to one’s appointment.

We have updated our cancellation policy. As of July 1, 2025, we will be charging the card on file 50% of the service that was missed for no notification/no showing to appointments. We do require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment without a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 fee. As always, we do understand things happen – sickness, other emergencies – but not showing up or calling causes our Massage Therapists and Esthetician to miss out on helping other clients.
