Cancellation Policy
 

Our staff respects that emergencies and illnesses do occur, and request a timely notification of the need for appointment cancellation. To clarify, if a cancellation is necessary, please notify the spa via phone call (859) 371-7258 at least 24 hours prior to one’s appointment.  In an effort to minimize last-minute cancellations, effective June 1, 2022, there will be a requirement for appointments to be booked and held with a credit card on file.  In the event of no notification and an appointment is missed, the credit card on file will be charged $25 for an individual service and $35 for a couple's service.   It is our intention to keep the schedules as accurate as possible with everyone’s cooperation.  Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter and please visit us again soon.
