Cancellation Policy

Our staff respects that emergencies and illnesses do occur, and request a timely notification of the need for appointment cancellation. To clarify, if a cancellation is necessary, please notify the spa via phone call (859) 371-7258 at least 24 hours prior to one’s appointment.

We have updated our cancellation policy. As of July 1, 2025, we will be charging the card on file 50% of the service that was missed for no notification/no showing to appointments. We do require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment without a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 fee. As always, we do understand things happen – sickness, other emergencies – but not showing up or calling causes our Massage Therapists and Esthetician to miss out on helping other clients. It is our intention to keep the schedules as accurate as possible with everyone’s cooperation.  Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter and please visit us again soon.
