The therapist will incorporate joint mobilization and rotational movements, pin-and-stretch methods, and trigger point therapy to improve range of motion and tissue health. An assessment will be done with a brief interview at the beginning of your initial session. Follow-up visits may be required and determined after the first session.

A couple of the most known benefits of cupping are the improvement of blood circulation and lymph fluid movements. The cups can lift, re-hydrate and manipulate fascia (the thin casing of connective tissue that surround and holds your organs, blood vessels, bone , nerve fibers and muscles in place).

Facial Toning Massage

Hot Salt Stone Massage

The therapist stimulates specific meridians on the body using warm hand-carved salt stones to improve sleep, reduce inflammation, and for an immediate sense of well-being.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, manual technique that works to activate and encourage our lymphatic system. This system is a complex network of vessels that runs parallel to the circulatory system and plays a key roll in our body's immunity and the elimination of waste products. MLD helps to open the lymph vessels, awaken movement where it has become stagnant, and encourage the clearing of the "highways" and "side roads" in the lymphatic transportation network.

Mini Lymph Lift (add on only)

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to the face and neck which can help with sinusitis; acne; ant-aging; pre and post-op: swelling, bruising, pain, scar eradication; and several other conditions. MLD is a gentle, manual technique that works to activate and encourage our lymphatic system, a key component of our immunity and overall health.

Thai Massage

Also known as Thai yoga massage or assisted yoga. It is a traditional form of massage that combines acupressure, and assisted yoga postures. It can be performed on a mat or floor, but at Sweet Serenity the client will be on the massage table. Unlike other types of massage sessions Thai massage does not require oils or lotions. The client will be instructed to wear loose fitting clothing since this protocol is performed thru clothes. The emphasis is on stretching and manipulation of the body along with applying pressure to specific points and energy lines to improve flexibility and energy flow, relieve tension and promote circulation.
